How do I set up an account?

JBT #1 rated accounts are eligible for net 30 day terms upon returning a completed and signed Roberto Martinez, Inc. credit application for open account approval (accounts based in California must also return the Tax Exempt Form).

Accounts not yet established will be shipped C.O.D. Cashiers Check or Money Order.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Please allow 4 weeks delivery from date of order for all Made to Order items. Same day shipping on orders received before 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. All gold is made to order and delivery is 4 weeks unless otherwise stated. Silver is in-stock unless it's made-to-order.


How soon will you respond to my email?

Your questions are important to us and we will respond as soon as we can. Emails are answered by our customer service department between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.


How can I track my order?

Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800 257-6462 to get status of your order or for a UPS tracking number.


How will my order be shipped?

All shipments will be shipped by UPS ground service unless otherwise specified.


What is your return policy?

All returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods for a return authorization number.

All returns are subject to approval by ROBERTO MARTINEZ, INC. Merchandise that has been resold a worn or abused by customers will not be considered for replacement/credit.

Please put the RA# on the outside of the box to insure proper handling.

Merchandise received without a RA # will be returned.

Special orders may not be returned.


When should I expect to receive a credit for my return?

A credit for a return will be issued once the merchandise is received.


How will I be reimbursed for my return?

A return will be reimbursed as a credit to your account.


How can I check on my return status?

What payment options are available?
